2. Booking and Payment

• A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The amount varies depending on the package.

• Full payment must be made before the tour departure unless otherwise agreed.

• Payment can be made via bank transfer, online payment, or other accepted methods.

• Nepal Trip reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment terms are not met.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations by Clients:

  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees.

  • 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund.

  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

• Cancellations by Nepal Trip:

  • If a trip is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), a full refund or alternative tour option will be provided.

4. Travel Documents and Visa

• Clients must have a valid passport and obtain the necessary visa for Nepal.

• Nepal Trip is not responsible for visa approval or denial by immigration authorities.

5. Health and Safety

• Clients must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions before booking.

• Travel insurance covering high-altitude trekking, medical emergencies, and trip cancellations is highly recommended.

• Nepal Trip reserves the right to deny participation to clients deemed unfit for specific tours.

6. Liability and Responsibility

• Nepal Trip is not responsible for personal injuries, property damage, or loss caused by third-party service providers.

• We are not liable for delays or changes in itinerary due to weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

• Clients participate at their own risk and must follow the guide’s instructions at all times.

7. Changes to Itinerary

• Nepal Trip reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, roadblocks, or safety concerns.

• If changes occur, we will offer alternative arrangements where possible.

8. Code of Conduct

• Clients must respect local customs, laws, and cultural practices.

• Any illegal activities, including drug use, are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the tour without refund.

9. Privacy Policy

• Nepal Trip collects client information only for booking and travel purposes.

• We do not share or sell personal data to third parties unless required by law.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation.

• If unresolved, legal proceedings will be conducted under the jurisdiction of Nepalese law.
